Tabata is a concept where you switch between maximal work and breaks. It is the class for people who wants a healthy and strong body and at the same time get the heart rate up.

Circuit training

Circuit training makes sure you get a full body workout. The heart rate is pushed upwards and station exercises are build in.

Water classes

Participate in one of the many different classes in water. Try e.g. auqafitness, puls & power or aqua toning.

Core training

This class strengtens your core and helps build a strong and healthy posture. 30 min. but with full focus.

Senior training

On mornings Wednesdays and Fridays our classes have focus on seniors. Every Friday there will also be bread and coffee/tea. Others are of course also very welcome to participate.

Yoga with Mathilde

Enhance your body awareness, fysical strength, balance and flexibility through yoga. The instructor will go over the classical yoga positions in a calm pace with focus on breathing, and the class will end with a some relaxation. Through this a balance between body and mind will be created.

Get started in the gym

Get help to get started in the gym. An instructor will be present to show how the machines work and give advices.
